spaces kennebunkport was pleased to have been chosen to create a lounge for the Maine magazine launch party. Below is a photo of the lounge before the partying began!

Our lounge design featured the felt rocks that we are debuting in our shop. These rocks are easily confused for real ones and were quite a conversation piece at the party.

Hand crafted by South African artist Ronel Jordaan, these rocks are created using all natural materials in an eco-friendly process. The workers that Ronel has trained to assist in the felting process are previously unemployed women living in the Johannesburg area.

These beautiful, whimsical replicas of nature can be purchased in a variety of colors and sizes through the shop at spaceskennebunkport.com. We love the "tiny" as a throw pillow, or pull a "large" one up for an extra seat or foot stool. The "boulder" is the perfect napping lounge or as a fun perch in a children's space. Best of all, many styles are appropriate for outdoor use!
